Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing and order control. The role emphasizes accuracy in processing and inventories within assigned functions.

This full-time position requires on-site presence. You will release orders, monitor open orders, coordinate with Sales/Service/OM, and handle scheduling of deliveries and pickups while supporting various warehouse admin duties.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Organized, good at communicating, able to prioritize, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Committed to providing quality results to all internal and external customers, and have good time management skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment as well as working with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, order control, and inventory accuracy.
• Release orders for assigned organizations and monitor open order reports to ensure shippable orders are processed.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups, coordinate with carriers, and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, OM and other groups for inquiries or issues related to orders, returns, or receiving.
• Perform pre-installations and manage parts inventories and accuracy.
