Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Parts Representative to pick, pack, receive and ship parts orders quickly and accurately. This on-site role supports technicians and internal teams by ensuring correct courier methods and destinations.

You will handle move orders, process returns, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide dependable customer service while keeping deadlines in sight. A HS diploma and warehouse experience are required, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Warehouse/inventory experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent customer service.
• Experience in a computerized environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, receive and ship parts orders as directed.
• Create move orders and process returns daily.
• Ensure orders ship to correct technician/location with appropriate courier and method.
• Communicate effectively and meet deadlines.
• Prepare shipments of repairable/salvageable items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
