Job summary

The role is a 6-month W2 contract with a 100% on-site schedule. Requires SAP or mobile data dispatching experience and strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP or a mobile data dispatching system.
• Experience supporting utility, field service, or distribution operations is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams is required.
• Preferred: Experience with Service Suite and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and perform call-ahead requests for field technicians.
• Receive and dispatch non-emergency work orders to support operations.
• Dispatch orders using mobile data and dispatching software solutions.
• Monitor, route, and document work orders to service technicians.
• Coordinate daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve scheduling concerns to maximize efficiency.
• Act as liaison during emergency situations with customers and agencies.
