Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide end-user technology support in a security-conscious environment for a premier aerospace customer. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, device, access, connectivity and peripheral issues while maintaining asset records and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of desktop/end-user support experience.
• Experience with imaging, deployment and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, deploy, repair, replace and recover desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot OS, applications, access and connectivity issues.
• Perform data transfers and follow security/change-control procedures.
• Document incidents, requests, troubleshooting and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate asset and configuration records.
• Meet service-level expectations and communicate status during resolution.
• Coordinate escalations with other technical teams as needed.
