Job summary

HC Brands is seeking an IT Helpdesk Assistant — Entry-Level to support desktop systems, servers, and network issues on-site in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on software deployment, patch management, and diagnosing PC problems while documenting incidents in the ticketing system.

The Technology team collaborates with the CEO and stakeholders to develop new technologies and ensure systems are up-to-date across all facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of working knowledge on PC configurations and peripherals.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and Google Apps.
• Experience with Active Directory tasks (accounts) and DNS/AD DS.
• Experience managing BYOD (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with Windows Server OS/Hardware.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and maintain software and patch deployment methods.
• Provide PC issue diagnostics, research, and correction.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems software/hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues.
• Document, track, and monitor client incidents in the ticketing system for timely resolution.
• Prioritize and escalate incidents based on business impact.
