Qualifications

• Experience as a Desktop Technician/Administrator.
• Ability to troubleshoot imaging issues on standard devices.
• Experience configuring VPN with token identification.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 and Office 365 suite (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive).
• Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
• On-call rotation and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports connectivity requirements including Ethernet and TCP/IP.
• Wisely prioritizes tasks and collaborates with the team.
• Configures client workstations for VPN access with secure tokens.
• Supports all company software, OS, workstations, and printers.
• Installs image systems with appropriate OS for client needs.
• Installs and configures core applications after base image deployment.
