Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a LAN Administrator to deliver field support and desktop administration in North Charleston, SC. The contract position spans 12+ months and focuses on imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting of client workstations.

You will work with Windows 11, Office 365, VPN access, SCCM imaging, and hardware/software installations while delivering strong customer service and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician/Administrator
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Office365 apps (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive)
• Imaging via SCCM experience and handling imaging requests
• Strong customer service and urgency in issue resolution
• Problem solving and client interaction skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Preference for LAN admin experience in regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve imaging issues for PCs and devices
• Configure VPN access on client workstations
• Install and configure software and hardware including core apps and OS
• Diagnose computer issues and imaging via SCCM
• Support cell phones, printers, and peripherals
• Establish internet access, TCP/IP, and email accounts
• Support various connectivity needs including Ethernet
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication
• Prioritize workload and collaborate with team
