Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Support Officer to provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and device support in Battle Creek, MI. The role requires imaging, IMACD, AD/GPO proficiency, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT field.
On-call during off-hours including weekends and holidays for P1/P2 tickets.
Willingness to travel to nearby sites as needed.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide IMACD services: install, move, add, change, dispose of EUC equipment.
Perform imaging and re-imaging of Windows desktops and laptops.
Respond to end-user IT issues and ticketing via ServiceNow; document actions and outcomes.
Support printers, mobile devices, and conference room devices; configure AD and GPO as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to minimize business disruption and ensure SLA targets.
Assist with asset inventory, equipment provisioning, and remote support tasks.
