GST, Inc is seeking an IT support technician to provide Level I network/LAN/telephony support, manage user access requests, and image and reimage computers. The role includes asset disposal and IMAC services for desktops and laptops, ensuring SLA compliance across service requests.

responsibilities include coordinating with teams for new user setup, data conversion, and maintenance of related devices to support business operations in California.

Responsibilities

• Level I support for Network/LAN/Telephony
• Request accounts and access for new users
• Install standard image for new and re-image systems, perform data conversion
• Terminate, dispose of, and relocate assets as needed
• Provide parts and labor for all services required for computers, and other Related devices for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty issues
• Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other Related Devices
• Manage Service Request to meet the SLA requirement
