Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing IMACD (Install Move Add Change Dispose) tasks.
• Proficient with imaging utilities and OS deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with hardware setup and end-user device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and IMACD services at designated customer sites.
• Image and deploy Windows OS to desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues affecting end users.
• Coordinate IMACD activities with IT functions and customer personnel.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and document work performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support wireless devices and printers in an enterprise environment.
• Move equipment safely and ensure proper configuration during IMACD cycles.
• Follow safety procedures and document knowledge articles for end-user procedures.
