Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite hardware and endpoint support across firm locations. You will image and deploy laptops, troubleshoot devices, manage asset lifecycles, and support conference rooms and events.

You will collaborate with the Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and vendors to maintain endpoint standards. This role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of progressive desktop support experience, with strong knowledge of Windows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience providing desktop support or related IT services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint hardware.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Configuration Manager.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and authentication technologies.
• Solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, refresh, and manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and support endpoint hardware, Windows devices, connectivity, and workplace technology.
• Maintain asset inventory and coordinate procurement, warranties, returns, and device recovery activities.
• Provide onsite support for conference rooms, audiovisual systems, meetings, training sessions, and office events.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Support office moves, openings, acquisitions, and technology integration projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with security, asset management, and IT standards.
