Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for firm-issued hardware and office technology across our Raleigh locations. You will manage laptop imaging, deployment, and device lifecycles while ensuring endpoint standards and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of desktop support experience, strong Windows knowledge, and hands-on skills with Intune, Autopilot, and AD.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive experience providing desktop support, endpoint management, hardware deployment, or related IT support services.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, endpoint hardware, mobile devices, and workplace technology.
Proficiency with deployment/management tools such as Intune, Autopilot, ConfigMgr.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, authentication technologies.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP).

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, refresh, and manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot, repair, and support endpoint hardware and connectivity.
Maintain asset inventory and coordinate procurement, warranties, and device recovery.
Provide onsite support for conference rooms, AV systems, meetings, trainings, and events.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
Support office moves and technology integration projects.
