The role involves helping leaders and priority users, developing onboarding and change management activities, and coordinating with IT and business leaders to improve readiness and technology utilization. Travel to U.S.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in advanced end-user support or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, identity and access management, VPNs, networking, endpoints and enterprise apps.
• Experience resolving complex issues, managing escalations, and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, identity access, connectivity, endpoints and business apps.
• Lead support for critical/high-impact incidents with stakeholder communication.
• Develop training materials, knowledge resources and adoption programs.
