Job summary

Raas Infotek is seeking a Deskside Services specialist for a long-term onsite role in Hendersonville, NC. You will handle IMACD tasks, imaging, and end-user device support across Windows and Apple ecosystems. The position requires strong communication and on-site availability.

Responsibilities include coordinating moves, installs, and changes, plus remote support and documentation. Travel within nearby sites and after-hours coverage are included as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with IMACD tasks and IT operations in enterprise environments.
• Ability to perform imaging/reimaging of desktops and laptops.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS family and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, add, change, and dispose equipment (IMACD) at customer sites.
• Coordinate IMACD activities with IT teams and customers to minimize service disruption.
• Provide end-user IT support for PCs, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
