Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support end-user computing equipment in a fast-paced environment in Mebane, NC. The role entails troubleshooting PCs, laptops, tablets and printers, and providing VIP end-user assistance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience, a technical school certification, ITIL knowledge, and an A+ certification is desirable. On-site support will be required, with a strong focus on customer service metrics.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or the equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and relevant software/hardware systems.
• A+ certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Provide support to client-identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests including IMAC activities.
• Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities.
• Provide desk-side end-user support.
• Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction levels and metrics.
• Proactively communicate with end users and service desk regarding status.
• Follow documented service operations policies and procedures.
• Other duties or certifications may be assigned.
