Job summary

Techlink Systems Inc. seeks an experienced On-Site Service Engineer to support enterprise data center servers and AI infrastructure.

This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and maintaining Dell PowerEdge and other server hardware in customer environments on-site in Warren, OH. You will install and configure components, perform firmware updates, and work with iDRAC/iLO tools while coordinating with customers and internal teams to drive rapid resolutions.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers and data center hardware.
Experience installing, diagnosing, repairing server components.
Experience with memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, RAID/HBA, NICs, PCIe, GPUs.
Experience with rack-mounted servers in data centers or customer sites.
OS familiarity with Linux or similar environments.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites; strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise servers.
Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime.
Perform hardware installation, removal, replacement, and repair.
Document service activities and resolutions; escalate complex issues as needed.
Work with customers and internal teams during service events; participate in on-call rotations.
