Job summary

The candidate will perform rack-and-stack, component swaps, firmware updates, and use management tools like iDRAC, with strong emphasis on clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers or data center hardware.
• Direct, hands-on experience working on server hardware.
• Experience with rack-mounted enterprise servers and server components like memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, NICs, GPUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures and system issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform rack-and-stack, installation, cabling, component swaps and hardware configuration.
• Troubleshoot BIOS/firmware, operating systems, and hardware diagnostics issues.
• Update firmware/BIOS and use server management tools like iDRAC; participate in on-call rotations.
