Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the operations team and drive delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. You will develop, manage, engage clients, and lead operations.

Responsibilities include creating program schedules, meeting targets for schedule, cost, quality and safety, consulting with clients, preparing estimates, proposals, coordinating with vendors, and supervising field staff on site to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop the program schedule and establish milestones to meet delivery targets for schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Consult with clients, deliver presentations, and write estimates or proposals as needed.
• Direct and supervise team members on site and in the office to ensure project execution.
• Coordinate with the superintendent and other partners to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Inspect and review projects to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate changes with designers, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
