• Lead project meetings and capture notes, actions, and timelines.
• Understand approval processes and negotiate timelines for expedited orders.
• Estimate labor hours and material costs for custom orders when needed.
• Update asset databases and generate customer reports (e.g. power or access).
• Support installations, cross-connects, testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist security by coordinating contractor activity outside standard hours.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and provide guidance to junior staff.
