QTS in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Critical Operations Technician I to install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment across a 24x7 data center environment. On-site work is required—remote options are not available.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, handling tickets, and supporting customers on the data floor. The role requires hands-on maintenance, problem solving, and coordination with systems engineers to resolve alerts and customer requests.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of technical training, military training, or workplace equivalency.
• Background in IT, electrical, and/or mechanical.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and monitors mechanical and electrical equipment; records readings and adjusts as needed.
• Provides remote hands and eyes services for customers.
• Installs and repairs IT, mechanical, and electrical equipment per documentation and procedures.
• Creates and updates tickets for customer calls and system alerts.
• Responds to emergencies and customer requests.
• Adheres to Change Management processes for maintenance tasks.
