Job summary

TechLink Systems is seeking an experienced on-site Service Engineer to support enterprise data center servers and hardware environments, including next‑generation AI infrastructure. You will diagnose, repair, and replace server components in a fast-paced customer‑facing role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers or data center hardware.
• Direct, hands-on experience with server hardware: installing, removing, diagnosing, repairing components.
• Experience replacing memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, NICs, fans, PCIe components, GPUs.
• Experience with rack-mounted servers in data centers or customer environments.
• Strong server hardware troubleshooting methodology and BIOS/firmware knowledge.
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform hands-on hardware installation, removal, and repair of components.
• Troubleshoot issues involving server hardware, BIOS/firmware, and diagnostics.
• Document service activities, replacements, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams during service events to drive resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
