Job summary

Unisys Corporation is seeking an On-Site Service Engineer to provide hands-on support for enterprise data center servers and hardware environments, including AI infrastructure. This role focuses on break/fix and hardware maintenance in data centers, field service, or customer sites.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise servers, and familiarity with server hardware components, BIOS/firmware, and server management tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers or data center hardware.
• Direct, hands-on experience physically working on server hardware (installation, removal, repair).
• Experience with memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, RAID/HBA, NICs, PCIe components, or GPUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures and system issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform rack-and-stack, installation, cabling, swaps, and hardware configuration.
