Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• Hands-on data center operations and basic networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
• Experience with network devices (switches/routers) and VLANs.
• Basic knowledge of data center hardware and OS basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site backup support when the primary engineer is unavailable.
• Troubleshoot basic network devices (switches/routers) and VLAN assignments.
• Assist with Avaya VOIP, fiber link troubleshooting, and chassis blades replacement.
• Monitor UPS, PDU health, and data center environmental status during site visits.
• Collaborate with internal, customer, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Support ITSM ticketing in ServiceNow and document outcomes.
