Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a technical individual in California, Missouri, to assist with network troubleshooting and management. The role involves basic knowledge of network devices and operating systems.

You will be responsible for visual checks of IDF rooms, assist in troubleshooting VOIP issues, and work with monitoring tools. Knowledge of ITSM tools and Data Center Infrastructure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO.
• Experience in troubleshooting Avaya VOIP phones and fiber links.
• Basic knowledge of Hardware like Servers and Storage devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting of network issues and assist admins.
• Conduct periodic visual checks of IDF rooms for cooling and power status.
• Communicate errors to remote technical teams.
