Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Cybersecurity Analyst to join our on-site team at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. You will craft RMF A&A packages, perform continuous monitoring, and conduct system testing to secure cutting-edge combat systems.

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required. DoD 8570.01 IAT II/III certs and Navy experience are preferred. The role offers competitive compensation and employee ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• IAT II/III certification per DoD 8570.01 required for ISSO/ISSE work.
• Navy afloat/tactical systems security engineering experience preferred.
• Familiarity with RMF A&A processes and DoD cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization artifacts.
• Document systems from a cybersecurity perspective using MS Word, Excel, Visio.
• Plan, execute and document risk assessments against known vulnerabilities.
• Apply DISA STIGs and DoD cybersecurity guidance to systems.
