Champion Window is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role in Seattle, WA. You will handle customer concerns, schedule warranty appointments, and maintain accurate CRM records throughout installation and service processes.

The position emphasizes multi-tasking, strong communication, and teamwork to deliver responsive service and keep customers informed. On-site duties and collaborative support across divisions are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of customer support experience preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
• Must be service-oriented with high energy and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer support concerns via phone, text, and email.
• Provide updates on installation and service status to customers.
• Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
• Enter and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
• Provide work orders to Service Measure Tech daily.
• Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded.
• Generate and distribute Uninstalled and AR reports before meetings.
• Support PSG/CSC for assigned divisions.
• Manage routine concerns and assist with escalated issues.
• Process electronic payments (credit card and check).
• Assist with receiving products in CRM and/or F&O.
• Support divisions in AR collections and management.
