Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to work on-site in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on handling customer support concerns, scheduling warranty appointments, ordering parts, and maintaining customer records through installation and service.

On-site position with a strong emphasis on timely communication and process accuracy. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, updating customers on status, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• 5 years customer support experience preferred.
• Experience in home improvement industry a plus.
• Must be service-oriented with high energy; able to multi-task.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer experience support concerns via phone, text and email.
• Make outbound calls to update customers on installation and service status.
• Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
• Enter and maintain all customer records in CRM.
• Provide work orders to Service Measure Tech daily.
• Audit orders for accuracy after upload.
• Generate and distribute reports for scheduled meetings.
• Support division(s) in Accounts Receivable collections and management.
• Assist with receiving products in CRM/F&O.
