Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an on-site, full-time role in Hopewell, VA. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless service.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $55,000–$60,000 per year and a collaborative team environment. Prior customer service experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in a customer service role required.
• Skills in order processing and technical/service troubleshooting.
• Outstanding accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and tracking.
• Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot service or product issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Update customer profiles, process account changes, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized departments when necessary, and follow up on open tickets to ensure complete resolution and gather feedback.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products and share customer feedback with management to drive continuous improvement.
