Job summary

LHH is partnering with a client in Falls Church, VA to recruit a motivated Customer Support Representative for an onsite, 40-hour week position. The role is an ongoing temporary assignment with potential to convert to permanent based on performance.

The successful candidate will help customers, resolve issues, and document interactions in company systems, with opportunities to transition to full-time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications and CRM systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and desire to help clients succeed.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned group of customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Accurately document customer interactions and updates within company systems.
