AppleOne Employment Services is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Rep for a full-time, direct hire role in Beckley, WV. This on-site position suits those who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and using consultative sales to recommend technology solutions.

You will handle inquiries, educate on satellite internet plans, and document interactions while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check.
• Commit to 2 weeks of paid training and open availability for shifts 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST, Mon–Sun.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to accounts, activation, service plans, and troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on satellite internet features, speed, reliability, options, and benefits.
• Identify needs and suggest tailored service solutions to support sales conversion.
• Complete service orders and document interactions in internal systems.
• Meet or exceed quality, resolution, and sales metrics.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience in every interaction.
