Elevate Recycling and Disposal Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of calls, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to schedule services accurately. This role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.

The CSR will serve as the main contact for customers, ensuring accurate information, timely responses, and smooth operations from inquiry to service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle large call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Serve as the customer's advocate by solving problems and engaging the right departments.
• Confirm understanding of customer needs and communicate concise information.
• Address customer requests and concerns regarding service options, charges, billing, and contracts.
• Escalate issues to appropriate level when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records using authorized systems.
