Zusammenfassung

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will resolve inquiries, process payments, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and CRM tools. Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual skills are desired, but not required.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones promptly and courteously per company procedures.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or other channels.
• Identify reason for service changes or cancellations and attempt retention.
• Explain options, charges, billing, and contract parameters to customers.
• Log and update customer accounts and create work orders as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Process payments and assist with RumpkePay as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required.
