Guild Garage Group LLC is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative in Elmwood Park, NJ to handle scheduling, phone inquiries, and service coordination in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay of $22–$26, a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, and opportunities to grow while assisting homeowners with garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in residential home services.
• Scheduling or dispatch experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan; training provided.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Calm, professional approach to handling customer concerns.
• Dependability and attention to detail; team-focused.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs.

• Manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to keep appointments on schedule.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates.
• Address customer concerns and follow through on outstanding issues.
