Job summary

Goody Garage Doors in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers scheduling services and handling inquiries.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour with incentive bonuses and realistic annual earnings of $40,000 to $70,000. The role offers training, growth, and a team-first environment focused on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Home services or emergency services experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus, but we will train the right person.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs.
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support.
• Manage a high volume of calls confidently and efficiently.
• Communicate with technicians and internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
• Provide timely updates and help resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that provide additional value.

Shifts Currently Available

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• One or more years of customer service experience preferred; home services or emergency services experience is a plus
• Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
