Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service reps and team leads.
Own day-to-day operations: ensure timely, high-quality resolution of issues across channels.
Monitor CSAT, NPS, FCR, response time, and resolution time; tell the story with data.
Lead improvement initiatives end-to-end; pilot, measure, and iterate.
Collaborate with product, engineering, pharmacy, and leadership to drive changes.
