Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active PA Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience including managing a team of 10+ people.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex software and analyze data.
• Fluent English with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of pharmacists to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee workload distribution and performance metrics across teams.
• Drive hiring and onboarding to build a capable talent pool.
• Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of patient concerns.
