Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active PA Pharmacist License in good standing (and other state licensure preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pharmacists to ensure top-tier care for patients and clients.
• Coordinate workload distribution and monitor productivity; meet performance metrics.
• Drive hiring efforts to align with culture and standards.
• Oversee onboarding ensuring tools and knowledge are provided.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans.
• Resolve escalated patient concerns with data-driven solutions.
