Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service reps and team leads.
- Drive a performance culture built on accountability, candid feedback, and real development.
- Design scalable processes and systems that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering, pharmacy, and leadership to translate customer voice into product and operational changes.
- Monitor and improve CSAT, NPS, FCR, and response/resolution times.
