Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support on-site shipment operations five days a week. You will join the Customer Operations team to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment processing and close collaboration with Operations.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Service Operations and requires 3+ years in customer service operations. An ITIL 4 Foundation or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service operations, international coordination, order management, or a related field required.
• Certification in ITIL 4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, COPC Customer Experience Practitioner, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Execution, Coordination & Quality Compliance – manage shipments through completion with accurate details and required documentation.
• Active Monitoring & Escalation – monitor milestones, identify delays or risks, and communicate updates.
• Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement – attend stand-ups, support root-cause analysis, and drive KPI improvements.
