Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service operations, international coordination, order management, or a related field.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments through completion with accurate data, routing, and required documents.
• Monitor milestones and risks; communicate updates and escalate unresolved issues.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and KPI improvements.
• Work with Operations, including Agents, Customer Service, stations and support teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain records in systems, dashboards, and action trackers.
• On-site coordination with Operations five days a week in Hawthorne, CA.
