Responsabilités

• Execute standard workflows from job entry through shipment completion.
• Validate shipment details, service needs, routing, documentation, and readiness.
• Monitor milestones and exceptions to reduce service risk.
• Work with Operations and related teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
