Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end customer operations processes including order management, service fulfillment, issue resolution, and customer communication to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitors operational performance metrics including SLAs, turnaround times, error rates, and customer satisfaction scores to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Serves as primary operational contact for customer inquiries, service escalations, and process-related questions, coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve resolution.
• Analyzes customer operations data, service trends, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities, develop recommendations, and support implementation of operational enhancements.
• Maintains operational documentation including SOPs, process workflows, service guidelines, and knowledge resources to ensure consistency and support operational excellence.
