Job summary

MTM Health is seeking Customer Care Representatives to join our on-site Norton, VA team. You will be the frontline ambassador, handling inbound calls and supporting members, clients, and facilities with empathy and accuracy.

Position offers an hourly rate of $17.00 with extra pay for evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Strong navigation skills and 1 year of call center experience are preferred as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills with strong navigation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities.
• Take on 60-80 calls per day (Mondays may see higher volume).
• Support callers with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
