Job summary

MTM Health in Norton, VA is hiring Customer Care Representatives to be the frontline ambassadors, handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities. This on-site role offers $17.00 per hour, with $19.00/hour for bilingual English/Spanish, plus extra pay for evenings, weekends and overnights.

Requirements include at least 1 year of call center experience, 6 months of customer service, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site at our Norton, VA office.
• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
• Take on 60–80 calls per day (higher volume Mondays)
• Support callers with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
• Increase task complexity as your skills grow
