Job summary

Summit Interconnect, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to coordinate sales quotes, order entry and provide administrative support to customers.

This on-site role requires handling RFQs, orders, and inquiries with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely communication. The CSR acts as the primary contact for order status, expedites, changes, cancellations, returns, and credits while ensuring compliance with ISO procedures and ITAR considerations where

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or related field.
• Confidential handling of job-related information.
• On-site in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities

• Quote customer RFQs and accept customer orders and Cancellations.
• Enter Sales Orders, Change Orders, and Cancellations accurately.
• Correspond with customers regarding orders and RFQs.
• Review customer-supplied documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Operations to determine available capacity and capacity constraints.
• Follow ISO procedures and quality requirements.
