Summit Interconnect, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to coordinate sales quotes, order entry and provide administrative support to customers.

This on-site role requires handling RFQs, orders, and inquiries with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely communication. Responsibilities

• Quote customer RFQs and accept customer orders and Cancellations.
• Enter Sales Orders, Change Orders, and Cancellations accurately.
• Correspond with customers regarding orders and RFQs.
• Review customer-supplied documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Operations to determine available capacity and capacity constraints.
• Follow ISO procedures and quality requirements.

About the Role

Under general supervision, CSR coordinates sales quotes, order entry and provides administrative customer service functions to support customers’ requirements. May act as internal liaison with assigned accounts. Acts as customers’ primary contact on issues regarding order status, expedites, order adjustments to include order cancellations, and assists in processing returns and credits.

Responsibilities

• Quote customer RFQ’s
• Accept and enter all Sales Orders, Change Orders, and Cancellations
• Correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQ’s
• Review all customer-supplied documentation.
• Working with Operations team to determine available capacity
• Follow all ISO procedures.

Required Skills

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multitask
• Communicate effectively with management and supervisory staff.
• Ability to effectively follow company systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with and ability to work with personal computers.

Authorities

• Accept customer information for quotation.
• Accept and enter customer orders on receipt of P.O.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or related field
• Ability to keep all job-related information confidential.
• Minimum High school diploma.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long period of time.

Working Hours

• 100% on-site.
