Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a customer service consultant to keep operations flowing through the field plant, handling orders, new items, stock control, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

The CSR must be well organized, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and reasoning skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, including pricing, scheduling, and responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; familiarity with corrugated manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites for daily documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and confirm pricing.
• Coordinate scheduling, delivery times, and tracking.
• Respond to customer questions and follow up with plant personnel as needed.
• Email order confirmations to customers.
