Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners seeks a Credit Manager to lead a high-performing credit and collections team in Pleasant Grove, CA. You will inherit an experienced function, mentor staff and strengthen processes while partnering with sales, finance and legal.

You will work closely with the outgoing Credit Manager during a transition period to ensure a smooth handover and continued operational excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Leading a commercial credit / collections function.
• Managing a team of credit/collections professionals.
• Handling B2B accounts receivable and commercial portfolios.
• Experience with legal accounts, escalated collections and external partners.
• Knowledge of credit terms, limits and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nine credit and collection professionals and provide direction.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding and day-to-day workflow.
• Manage a large AR portfolio (~6,000 accounts) and credit approvals.
• Establish and enforce credit policies, controls and guidelines.
• Monitor aging, delinquency and collection activity to protect cash flow.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and legal to resolve issues while protecting relationships.
• Support audits and continually improve department processes.
