You will oversee the credit and collections function, department and team.
Your compensation will be $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on your experience. In addition you will be eligible for a very generous annual incentive compensation plan with opportunity to earn a large percentage of your base salary.

You will work 100% on site in Pleasant Grove, California, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with your credit and collections team and the departments you support. You will receive comprehensive training and transition time working directly alongside the retiring Credit Manager, giving you the benefit of his institutional knowledge, customer relationships and experience before taking full ownership of the Credit Manager function.
