Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Credit Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Vernon Hills, Illinois. You will lead the credit and collections function, manage AR, and supervise one employee while partnering with Sales and Finance to protect revenue and optimize cash flow.

The position requires seven years of accounting experience including five in credit and collections, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. QAD and Excel proficiency are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum seven years of accounting experience, including five in credit and collections.
• Supervisory experience with training and supporting an employee while handling day-to-day work.
• Experience with manufacturers selling through distributor/dealer channels.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, and customer account maintenance.
• Make credit recommendations for new customers and review existing accounts for payment terms adherence.
• Supervise the Finance and Payroll Generalist and stay hands-on with daily tasks.
• Reconcile AR subsidiary records and bank accounts to the general ledger; resolve items promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies.
